Tribal Accreditation:Renewal Evaluation Preparation Checklist

This document is intended to guide the school’s preparation to renew its accreditation with COSA. It assists the school with documenting the results of the school improvement plan and preparing for the new 5-year evaluation cycle.

Submit the following to the COSA commission prior to the renewal evaluation.*

New self-study, including new goals (Part 3) and staff (Part 1: 1.9).

Narrative report noting the progress made on both short- and long-range goals.

Description of responses to recommendations made by the accreditation evaluation team.

Description of new short- and long-range goals, a rationale for those goals, and a timeline for their accomplishment.
